Job Summary

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are reliable, professional, responsible and punctual to join our team. In this position, you will work at skilled nursing facilities that we work with. You will assist the facility's residents that you. are scheduled at with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, electronic charting, and communicating with nurses and doctors. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients. We work with different skilled nursing facilities in Orange County, CA and Los Angeles County, CA.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Assist with daily living activities

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Provide adjunct patient care

Monitor food intake

Monitor vital signs

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications/Requirements:

Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing

CPR/BLS certified

Basic computer skills (preferred)

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal spills

Ability to lift/preform all job duties within scope of practice without any restrictions.

Reliable transportation

Compassionate, respectful, ethical

E-MAR experience preferred*

Must be willing to travel throughout Orange County.

Physical Exam (within 1 year)

Most recent PPD Test (or X-ray if applicable.

Completion of onboarding forms.
