COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We are an aircraft’s parts distributing company working with many Hispanic countries. We sell airplane parts to private owners and domestic airlines overseas.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          Quoting parts to customers

-          Placing orders with vendors

-          Receiving and invoicing orders

-          Preparing order files

-          Customer Service

REQUIREMENTS:

-          Bilingual (English & Spanish)

-          Experienced with QuickBooks

-          Computer Literacy (Excel & Adobe)

-          Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

-          Time management & working under pressure
