    We are seeking a highly skilled Head of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts.

    Position Overview:

    As the Head of FP&A at CENTRL, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's financial future. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will have the autonomy to operate with minimal oversight, leading the financial planning and analysis function. You will drive strategic financial decision-making, help us achieve our financial goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's success. Tremendous visibility for a high-growth FP&A professional interested in being at the center of enabling the decision-making framework.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Create a financial backbone and roadmap that enable our continued hypergrowth.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with the VP of Finance, COO, and CEO to set financial targets and long-term financial strategies.
    • Create analyses, commentary, and presentation materials for board meetings.
    • Partner with each team to help improve functional reporting and assist with deep decision support analysis.
    • Partner with the CRO on commission planning + tracking, Revenue forecasting, and key SaaS metrics
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and achieve business objectives.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management.
    • Assist in investor relations activities, including preparing financial presentations and supporting fundraising efforts.
    • Establish and document internal controls, policies, and procedures related to financial reporting, compliance, and processes.
    • Opportunities to grow into management, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant financial standards.
    • Continuously improve financial planning, analysis processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • BA/BS from top-tier educational institutions; MBA, CFA, and/or other relevant certifications are a bonus.
    • 5+ years experience in a strategic financial leadership role for a high-growth SaaS company. Hypergrowth SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated command of SaaS metrics, KPIs, and business fundamentals.
    • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with stakeholders across the business.
    • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment where you can flourish with minimal guidance.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about business challenges.
    • Preference: SaaS business model experience
