Responsibilities: • Outreach and Acquisitio n: Spearhead outreach initiatives to acquire new properties directly and through marketing our agent referral program, leveraging relationships with real estate agents to expand our property management portfolio effectively. • Tenant Relations Managemen t: Oversee all tenant interactions, including leasing processes, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. • Property Oversight : Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and address issues related to maintenance and safety. • Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate rental records to ensure profitability. • Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and renovations. • Compliance and Regulation : Ensure all property management activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining high standards of practice. Qualifications: • Active Florida Real Estate License Required • Proven experience as a Property Manager. • Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations. • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently. Compensation: $56,000 - $62,000 yearly
