The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in Personal Injury with Pre-Settlement loan companies at your law firm. We are growing rapidly around the country and are continuing to build our operations team with quality staff. The role involves Medical/Legal origination which is unlike a law firm, assisting plaintiffs and law firms, preparing cases for loan approvals, answering questions about our services, working with other financing institutions, and working side by side with Underwriters. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000; health insurance; 401k; profit sharing Responsibilities: • Gather necessary documents and facts from law firms and clients for making financial decisions • Demonstrate proficiency in using multiple software platforms • Analyze intake/origin of case details such as police reports, policy limits, injuries, treatment, and value drivers to assist with underwriting • Educate clients on our services • Adapt to a high-paced environment • Demonstrate the ability to discuss our services with law firms and clients • Manage a large volume of emails • Showcase problem-solving skills when dealing with client issues • Work on multiple tasks within different departments • Have the capacity to learn quickly Qualifications: • Must live within 30 mins of the office in Sandy Springs and be a Georgia resident • At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm processing claims in the area of personal injury or worker's compensation • Detail-oriented and analytical approach to decision-making • Proven problem-solving ability and capacity for successful resolution of technical or complex issues • Comfortable working in a high-paced environment • Demonstrated reliability, with a track record of dependable job performance • Emotionally resilient and able to work under pressure • Capable of integrating processes and procedures • Knowledge of 4-5 software applications • Team orientation • Solid customer service skills • Superior verbal and written communication abilities • Strong proficiency in computer operations Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
