By working the Half-Retire® system, business owners keep their income while working only two--half-days (two half-days) each week. Half-Retire Coaches™ teach business owners our system and work with them individually and in mastermind groups.
Ideal candidates will possess a well-rounded knowledge of business and be comfortable advising CEOs of small businesses. Candidates must have the ability to work one-on-one with business owners on their issues. The work is performed autonomously and independently. If you have a “corporate” mindset, this position is probably a bad fit. We deal with small businesses that value a consultant who thinks as they think. Successful Half-Retire Coaches come from backgrounds like executive business coaching, financial planning, accounting, or former business owners.

The Half-Retire® program was created by CEO Focus, a leader in the peer group/mastermind business (www.ceofocus.com). We saw so many business owners needing a creative exit solution that we developed the Half-Retire® system. We even wrote a book on it, Half-Retire: Keep Your Business, Ditch the Stress.
Half-Retire consultants work one-on-one with business owners implementing our trademarked system. Coaches also work with mastermind groups of Half-Retiring business owners to leverage the dynamics of a mastermind group. Groups meet once per month. Groups consist of 8-14 members from various industries and backgrounds.

THERE IS NO COLD CALLING. We have a robust digital marketing system that generates member and workshop leads. You will not be required to do the nasty part of selling. However, you will be required to assist us in marketing efforts. We use a seminar marketing approach. Marketing can do a big part of filling the room with prospects. Ideal candidates will be able to assist in getting prospects to the seminars.
