SOS Personnel is recruiting skilled COTAs for school-based assignments within Christina School District. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

We are seeking reliable, student-centered professionals who thrive in collaborative educational environments.

Responsibilities:

Implement OT treatment plans under supervision of licensed OT

Provide occupationally-based interventions

Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development

Document therapy sessions accurately and timely

Collaborate with teachers and special education staff

Qualifications:

Completion of accredited COTA program

Active Delaware COTA License (or ability to obtain)

School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication skills
