Job Description
This person will be working for the CEO/COO of an affiliate of a prestigious national law firm. Applicants should have minimum of five years’ experience as an executive assistance at an executive management level

The core responsibilities of this position include a range of administrative duties, but regular activities will include broader professional tasks and projects. Examples of regular duties include travel planning, information organization, calendar management, meeting and event execution, communications, and research. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, project management, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with hiring processes. The candidate should be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good judgement paired with a willingness to take initiative and act independently when things need to get done.
