CF Search Marketing is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our rapidly growing digital marketing team. As a member of the team, you are responsible for managing assigned clients' digital advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more. A successful Paid Media Specialist will effectively manage budgets and work with other team members to maximize ROI, drive high-intent traffic, and generate quality leads for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients that includes paid media channels, primarily Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Waze
• Plan, manage, optimize and execute campaigns, objectives, optimization goals, budgets, ad creative, and measurement
• Working closely across functions to deliver impactful campaigns to increase product awareness, and lead generation
• Keep pace with Digital Marketing trends across paid mediums including Meta, Google, Tiktok, and LinkedIn
• Educate internal partners on the current state of digital marketing efforts

​ Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Paid Media marketing experience. You are able to build and analyze paid campaigns for performance and strategy.
• Passion for analyzing, reporting, and improving ROI of marketing activities
• Google and Meta Certifications a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication – including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Current with paid media best practices
