The Marketing Associate for this Crunch Franchise location will work to accomplish the goal of "everyone knows who we are." The Marketing Associate position is a foot in the door of a growing company with 2 franchise locations in NYC, with plans for more. Through social media, business to business outreach, and event coordination, you will help us achieve revenue and membership growth targets.

Reports to: Owner

Requirements:

4 year college degree preferred

Fitness experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

Operations

Develop, maintain, and update our marketing strategy

Track and utilize Key Marketing Indicators to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities.

Execute on the agreed upon tactics to grow memberships and revenue, in an agreed upon budget.

Execute social media strategy

Meetings:

Weekly meetings with club General Manager to establish the week's Plan of Attack

Twice weekly meetings with CEO to debrief on execution of strategy and results of tactics
