CFI Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly adaptable, team-oriented individual who has a demonstrated drive for results, works well in high pressure situations, and buys into this firm’s objectives and goals. The Billing & Case Management Analyst will provide oversight on to the billing and case management operations of our client, a law firm, to aid in the overall success off this client. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide oversight of case management responsibilities, including but not limited to, opening new matters internally and updating high-level information of existing matters • Assist in the preparation of the client’s daily Case Review calls • Assist in the client’s monthly and quarterly billing generation cycles from prebill correction through invoice submission • Respond to inquiries for supporting documentation associated with the law firm’s monthly and quarterly billing • Assist in daily data-entry to streamline the firm’s accounting and billing software • Assist with various aspects of Accounts Receivable such as following up with specific clients regarding overdue invoice payments, write-offs and discounts • Assist to track progress, rejection and status of legal billing invoices submitted through billing platforms • Locate and develop upon areas of opportunity for workflow process improvement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or legal studies field • Affinity for Finance & Information Systems • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel • Excellent organization skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high activity environment • Prior experience in a law firm or insurance firm setting • Can quickly shift from one situation or task to another • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally across teams with a team-centric attitude • Strong communication and presentation skills to assist in preparing reports, briefing materials, and analysis
