CFI Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly adaptable, team-oriented individual who has a demonstrated drive for results, works well in high-pressure situations, and buys into this firm’s objectives and goals. The Information Technology Manager will provide front-line technical support to our employees and our clients. They will diagnose the severity of issues and escalate them when necessary. They will maintain and deploy IT assets. They will assist in business automation and business intelligence reporting.
CFI is directly involved in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for a regional multi-location law firm. CFI handles the maintenance for individual workstations, servers, firewalls, endpoints, and other office assets. CFI also deploys new technology solutions, creates internal dashboards, and manages the firm's active directory.
CFI is looking for a motivated individual looking to join a growing team. The company is focused on not only supporting law firms but litigation departments to manage and assess their metrics and improve their processes.
REQUIRED:
Provide frontline technical support for staff and clients. Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) services for Windows 10 PCs and Mac. Understanding of TCP/IP networking and computer hardware. Install security patches and updates. Wipe hard drives, reinstall Windows OS, Join Computers to a Domain, deploy software. User, password, and license management in Active Directory, Office 365, and third-party vendors. Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Maintain IT inventory and licensing Schedule, set up, and facilitate video meetings. Basic Data Entry Able to operate independently or under minimal supervision. Able to manage time effectively Able to maintain a professional demeanor under stress. Strong troubleshooting skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent Customer service skills
DESIRED:
Associates degree and/or CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certifications. Prior IT experience such as Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or App Development. Experience with coding languages such as C#, Java, Python, HTML, CS, PHP Experience with Windows servers including active directory, group policy, DNS, DHCP, SQL, and Hyper-V. Experience with Office 365. Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools. Experience with excel / DAX formulas. Experience with front-end app development. Experience with video, audio, or photo production/editing. Experience in multimedia presentations, graphic design, or social media.
