    Job Description

    This is a great opportunity to advance your career by taking global responsibility for managing a key strategic account for one of the semiconductor industry's leading capital equipment manufacturers. OUR CLIENT IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED, PROFITABLE INDUSTRY LEADER. They are the leader of their market segment. Our Client's systems are critical for the manufacturing of semiconductors used in computers, smart phones, Internet devices and virtually every other product type that uses semiconductors. The account you will be responsible for is one of their largest and you will lead the team of sales and technical personnel that maintains and grows this account.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    • Responsible for supporting and growing the installed base of a very large customer in an exciting and fast growing market.
    • Collaborate with sales and management to create and implement successful sales strategies.
    • Establish and maintain credibility with the customer especially their key technical decision makers.
    • Identify and align Client's products with the customer's device road map.
    • Generate demonstrations, presentations, or any other customer engagement vehicles to promote Client’s key product capabilities and demonstrate easy-to-understand competitive differentiation.
    • Collaborate with the Client's Engineering to address any areas where Client's solutions do not meet the customer's future needs.
    • Manage a Global team of sales and Technical personnel responsible for this key customer.

    TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:

    • 5+ years experience selling semiconductor capital equipment to large global accounts.
    • Experience managing very large accounts (>$50MM annualy).
    • Experience in selling and negotiating technical solutions, advantages and cost models.
    • Able to build strong relationships, and influence internally and externally. Able to manage conflict.
    • Excellent skills in both creating and conducting presentations.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Bachlor's Degree in EE, Computer Science or similar technical field.

    In this role, you will be able to work from home and regularly travel to the customer's site in the Bay Area and occasionally travel to the customer's offshore facilities and the Client's facility. This position is only open to candidates who are currently living in the US and are either US Citizens or Green Card holders.

    This position includes an excellent base salary, generous incentive plan, full range of benefits and profit sharing.
