WE ARE SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN MEMBER TO JOIN OUR TEAM! THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY YOUR CRAFT OF TECHNICAL AND APPLICATION SUPPORT FOR OUR HVAC AND SOLAR PV PRODUCTS. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess strong technical and application knowledge in the HVAC industry, Photovoltaic knowledge a plus.
• Provide day to day technical support via phone and or onsite assistance as required to support HVAC products sold
• Field incoming calls and e mails from installing contractors and field sales representatives for order placement, product quotation, product specification, shipping, and inventory status.
• Responsible for administering and communicating factory corrective action programs, bulletins, concessions and warranty claim process for dealers.
• Act as direct go between factory and dealers in technical and performance issues.
• Strong ability to resolve complex technical issues, manage multiple task in a high-pressure environment.
• Attend factory training and technical conferences to remain up to date on the latest technology and equipment advancement introduced by the manufactures.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills, ability in assisting dealers in resolving field technical and application issues.
• 3 years HVAC installation &/or service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
