 IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL BE…

Responsible for an array of maintenance duties including but not limited to:

• Cleaning, grounds keeping, painting, carpentry repairs, trouble shooting and servicing HVAC systems, electrical & plumbing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior maintenance experience around the tasks listed above
• Neat, clean and professional at all times throughout the workday
• Own tools and equipment
• Reliable vehicle
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must successfully pass a drug test & background check
• Demonstrate strong skills for communicating with residents, co-workers, and senior management.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs without causing harm to self or others.
