    Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and steer the organization toward sustainable growth and financial excellence. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, risk management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with our mission and long-term objectives.     Responsibilities

    Serve as Office Manager

    Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including revenue management, cost control, and fiscal planning.

    Oversee nonprofit accounting functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal reporting agencies.

    Prepare accrual-basis financial statements.

    Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, investment strategies, and liquidity management to support operational needs.

    Complete financial reporting processes, including the preparation of detailed financial reports, interpretation of financial data, and presentation to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

    Handle billing and payroll. Process payroll through ADP.

    Oversee compliance requirements and regulatory reporting obligations to ensure transparency and accountability.

    Oversee tax return preparation.

    Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

    Human Resources Director duties.

    Manage budgeting processes, expense control measures, cost management initiatives, and cost analysis to maximize operational efficiency.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement through leadership development, cost accounting, technical accounting, tax accounting, and governmental accounting Requirements

    Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles with extensive supervisory responsibilities in complex organizations.

    Strong knowledge of financial concepts including profit & loss management, financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and business development strategies.

    Utilize QuickBooks for accounting.

    Expertise in regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

    Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive risk analysis and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.

    Proficiency with advanced financial software systems for accounting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

    Excellent analytical skills combined with a strategic mindset to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.

    Exceptional negotiation skills.

    Strong understanding of governmental accounting standards if applicable; experience in non-profit or public sector accounting is a plus.

    Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while fostering collaboration across departments.
