Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CFO to join our team in a consulting role, working with a variety of companies in the Salt Lake City area. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of these organizations, as well as providing strategic guidance on technology and data-driven initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of financial management, along with a strong understanding of technical processes and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and financial planning activities
- Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and data analytics
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive company growth and profitability
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 10 experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis and technology
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive technological innovation within a financial context
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Diverse industry experience
