    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Join a respected professional services organization at a pivotal point in its evolution. This is a high-impact CFO role for a strategic, grounded leader who wants a meaningful voice in enterprise growth, executive decision-making, and long-term value creation.

    Why This Role Stands Out

    • Direct partnership with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board on the organization's most important strategic and financial decisions.
    • A genuine opportunity to shape the next chapter of a growing, employee-owned enterprise - not simply maintain the status quo.
    • Broad influence across growth planning, ownership strategy, acquisitions, and organizational development.
    • A collaborative, low-ego culture and a thoughtful transition period that supports knowledge transfer and relationship building.

    What You Will Lead

    • Set long-range financial strategy and translate data into clear decisions that improve growth, profitability, and enterprise performance.
    • Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting, controls, tax, audit, and valuation activities.
    • Support acquisitions, integration, ownership transition, and organizational planning.
    • Develop a high-performing finance team and trusted external partnerships.

    What You Bring

    • Senior financial leadership experience in a project-based professional services or related environment.
    • A record of serving as a strategic partner to a CEO, executive team, and Board, with the confidence to challenge constructively and the humility to collaborate.
    • Depth in planning, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, controls, and team leadership within a multi-office or distributed organization.
    • Acquisition and employee-ownership experience are highly valuable, along with a practical style that builds trust before change.
  • Compensation
    $200,000 per year
