Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Remote(but HQ'd in Eagle, ID)

We provide outsourced CFO consulting and financial operations support, exclusively for dentists. CFO Dental Partners works only with general and specialized dental practices, privately owned by dentists.

You are highly organized and detail-driven. You have a high propensity for tech- and cloud-based tools. You have high energy and LOVE what you do. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you are, generally speaking, pretty awesome.

This will be about 30-40 hours/week. This position will be 100% remote and you will report to the CFO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• New client on-boarding process
• Set-up/clean-up of client’s books
• Maintain client books going forward
• Use of cloud-based workflows and systems
• Generate client-facing reports based on the financial and production-based data

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

Required:

• 4+ years experience with Quickbooks Online
• Certified in QBO (or able to be certified within 90 days)

Desired:

• A bachelor's degree
• 5+ yrs relevant experience
• Experience in some of the following systems: Gusto, BILL, Dext, Slack, Google Drive, Karbon
