CFO HUB IS SEEKING A CONSULTING HUMAN RESOURCE AND PAYROLL GENERALIST TO HELP MANAGE THE HUMAN RESOURCE FUNCTIONS FOR VARIOUS CLIENTS.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Strong experience with processing and understanding payroll
• Recruiting, which includes working with the client's COO to hire for various positions
• Performance management and bonus tracking
• Assisting and working in tandem with other CFO Hub consultants regarding payroll, contractor payments, benefits administration, insurance, and professional corporation set up
• Experience with disability and other claims

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field is required
• Human resource experience is required
• Strong, hands-on payroll processing experience
• Solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations
• Must be comfortable with meeting deadlines and budgets
