Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will own the full financial function and serve as the primary authority for financial accuracy, reporting integrity, and strategic financial planning.

This executive role partners closely with ownership and leadership to provide reliable data, strengthen financial infrastructure, and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting, monthly close, and variance analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

• Oversee accounting operations and finance team leadership

• Manage banking relationships, lenders, and capital activities

• Build scalable financial processes, systems, and controls

• Oversee tax strategy, compliance, and risk management

• Provide financial modeling and decision support for growth initiatives

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Senior finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)

• Experience building disciplined financial operations and teams

• Multi-entity or commission-based business experience preferred

• ERP leadership experience (NetSuite preferred)
