Term: Full-time/Direct hire
Location: Northeast Seattle, WA (Hybrid Remote)
Salary: Up to $185,000 Annually DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience overall, with recent years as a CFO or Director leading financial operations.
• Nonprofit experience is required, and extensive understanding of private and public grants/funds.
• Strong Management and people leadership skills and the ability to mentor a high-performing team.
• You can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both the leadership team and the Board of Directors.
