Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and existing clients. Carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs. • Maintaining sufficient standing with our insurance carriers, while writing quality business for your clients. • Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, underwriting records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders. We do track on our CRM. • Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders Qualifications: • If not already licensed, be willing to get licensed. We offer opportunities and have an onboarding process to do so • High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus. • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
