    If you are looking for an exciting work-at-home position where you can make great money, have fun, do fulfilling work, and work with great people ... please read on! Your role is to talk to new inbound leads (homeowners) as they come into the system who want to sell their home. We have an under 30-second speed to lead policy. The job entails following our proven script to build rapport, ask qualifying questions, sell them on the benefit of our program if it makes sense and negotiate the best price. Each morning Mon-Fri at 7am MST for 30-60 min we role play. After that, you are on the phones for 8-10 hours with the target to contract 20 homes per month, 1 per day on average. It is a consultative style of selling that is built on the customer and pulling the sale away at all times rather than pushing the sale and hard closing. The clients are selling the biggest item of their life; their home, over the phone to a stranger. It is imperative you follow the process and sell consultatively; this is not like selling a lower-ticket item! It is expected to hit 20 contracts per month, have a minimum of 3 hours of talk time per day, and have a minimum of 80 outbound dials in order to be successful. Whatever it takes mindset • Strong understanding & familiarity with USA culture • Home office without interruptions • Ability to work Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm MST with willingness to call hot leads on weekends when necessary • Fast internet – ability to do Zoom meetings & call clients without interruptions • Ability to use technology without issues (Podio, Smartphone, DocuSign, etc.) • Exceptional grammar. You will text & email a lot • Emotional intelligence • Empathetic Qualifications – Highly regarded, not essential • Commission-only sales background with track record • Real Estate Acquisition experience • Working from home with track record of sales • Selling over the phone with track record Compensation: $50,000+
