MEMBER SERVICES JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Member Services team member at Champions Social you are the face of the poker club. You are the first person that greets and signs up new members as well as checks in existing members.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Greeting existing members and checking them into the club.
- Enrolling new members in the club.
- Keeping track of member accounts including tracking and adding promotions.
- Provide members with information on current promotions, tournaments, and games available.
- Notify supervisor/manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.
- Perform all other member services related duties as requested.
REQUIRED:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Strong mental math skills.
- 18 years of age.
- Must pass background screening.
- Previous casino or poker room experience preferred, but not required.
