CHARTER Program Manager
The Company: Our Company Is a Dual-Diagnosis Enhanced, Behavioral Health Treatment and Housing Provider in Salt Lake City, Utah. They Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions for Individuals who Have Chronic Behavioral Health Conditions, Histories of Homelessness, Mental Illness, Criminal Justice Involvement, and Primary Health Concerns.
The Position: The CHARTER Program Manager Oversees a Permanent Supportive Housing Program Serving Individuals With Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. This Role Provides Leadership to the Clinical and Case Management Team, Ensures Implementation of Evidence-Based Practices, Including Housing Stability, Clinical Engagement, Life-Skills Development, and Overall Recovery.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $87,000-$94,000 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
• 36 Hour Work Week
• Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
• Oversee Clinical Service Delivery and Evidence-Based Practice Implementation
• Supervise and Support Clinical and Case Management Staff
• Manage Staff Schedules, On-Call Coverage, and Client Service Coordination
• Monitor Housing Stability, Treatment Plans, Drug Screens, And Program Adherence
• Track and Report Program Outcomes to Leadership
• Facilitate Team Meetings and Provide Coaching and Corrective Action When Needed
• Collaborate With Community Providers, Property Managers, and External Partners
• Ensure Compliance With Legal, Ethical, and Privacy Regulations (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
• Maintain Timely Documentation and Clinical Reporting
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in the Mental Health Field
• Active Utah Clinical Licensure (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Etc.)
• Experience Working With Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Use Populations
• Strong Leadership, Organizational, And Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices and Supportive Housing Models
• ACT Model Familiarity Preferred
• Designated Examiner Certification (Utah) Preferred
