Job Description
SUMMARY: The Leasing Intern will assist in all leasing initiatives including, but not limited to; sourcing new tenants, for new and existing shopping centers in the Chase Properties portfolio.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
REMOTE PROSPECTING FOR PROSPECTIVE NEW TENANTS – Cold calling and follow up through multiple digital channels.
COMMUNICATES AND COORDINATES INTERNALLY with the Legal, Construction, Property Management, Leasing and Accounting departments
SPECIAL PROJECTS – Takes on ad hoc special projects, as assigned by senior management ie) social media campaign, enterprise/CRM systems & alternative marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum: Sophomore or Junior working towards a Bachelor’s degree with a preferred concentration in Finance, Real Estate or Marketing.

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS OR CERTIFICATIONS:
MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
Enterprise/CRM systems experience a plus, but not required
