Your Responsibilities:

Deliver personal care and assist clients with daily living tasks.

Build meaningful connections and provide companionship to clients in their homes.

Promote clients’ independence while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Follow tailored care plans developed by Registered Nurses.

Help with mobility, positioning, and transfers.

Provide medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation for errands or appointments.

Maintain accurate records of care activities.

Comply with infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Certification in NJ.

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care.

Strong communication skills to foster positive client and family relationships.

Reliable transportation for home visits.

Additional Qualifications:
