One You Love Homecare Bridgewater is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide care to seniors in a safe, secure, professional environment under the direction and guidance of the skilled (RN). Responsibilities:
· Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
· Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
· Help with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and driving clients to doctor appointments
· Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being.
· Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.
Qualifications:
· Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
· Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
· Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
· Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
· CHHA License in NJ
· Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
· Supportive and compassionate
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Experience as a Caregiver
· Take pride in providing high quality care
