Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to the seniors or people with disabilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient's health status

• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing

-Medication Reminding

• Light house cleaning, laundry, meal preparation

• Provide companionship

Qualification:

• Experience in home health, hospice or facilities.

-Positive and patient demeanor

• Ability to build rapport with patients

• Ability to handle physical workload

• CHHA license
