REQUIREMENTS_

• **Must have Class A CDL & Valid DOT Medical Card

• **Minimum of 18 Months Recent Class A Driving Experience

• **No Open SAP violations
  **

• **Must live within 45 miles of Chicago
  **

• SAP OK but all Follow Up Testing must be finished _
