Job Description

• Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships in the USA market
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Conduct strategic reviews with management to ensure sales and marketing activities are focused on customer needs
• Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings
• Develop long term and “win/win” relationships with customers, agents, and partners
• Liaison between customers/partners and Company’s divisions/management
• Forecasting, reporting and maintaining effective communications with management on market opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an international sales role and environment; technical or steel background a plus
• Well versed in establishing relationships at all levels within customer and prospect organizations in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong communications skills, including verbal, written, and computer.
• Good organizational skills.
• Great people skills, willingness to meet and develop new business relationships.
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic.
• Satisfactory completion of a company-training program.
