    CHR Consulting Service, Inc. is a leading provider of adaptive and flexible management and consulting services across a diverse portfolio of community based organizations. Due to recent growth, we are currently seeking a hands-on, Senior Analyst for our Application & Hardware Support functions at our location in Dresher, PA.

    The position is the principal owner of the customer service request as well as the customer’s overall satisfaction.  Duties and tasks related to this position include: 

     

    ·         Receive, process and resolve a wide variety of daily issues

    ·         Be familiar with new computer hardware

    ·         Track, follow-up and communicate to appropriate parties ongoing issues resolution and status of trouble tickets 

    ·         Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from end-users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies

    ·         Interview users to collect information about problems and lead users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error as well as educate and instruct end-users on various application and hardware issues

    ·         Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, dispatch and follow-up for routine end-user problems, escalating more complex problems and/or outages to the manager  

    ·         Provide weekly status reports and other duties as assigned

     

    The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience in the call center/help desk support arena that includes a team lead role in delivering call center/help desk services. Candidate must excel in a dynamic, team environment with minimal supervision. Strengths should include taking initiative, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, a positive attitude and impeccable desk-side support capabilities.

     

    Technical proficiency should include a strong working knowledge of MS Windows operating systems; Windows 10 Enterprise, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft suite of office products including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. A solid working knowledge of computer operations including hardware and peripheral installation, configuration and maintenance, operating systems and networking fundamentals is required. There will be limited travel to client sites. Experience working in a Microsoft Remote Desktop and SharePoint environment preferred.

    Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 Exchange 2013. Hyper-V experience a PLUS.
