Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to oversee HR across a multi-entity platform that includes healthcare services, a network of nursing homes, and related ventures.

This role requires a senior leader who can bring both structure and perspective — someone who understands how to manage complexity while keeping execution grounded and effective.

The right candidate will serve as a key partner to ownership, ensuring that HR operates consistently, supports growth, and provides clear direction across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and execution across multiple organizations

• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and workforce structure at scale

• Ensure consistency in HR practices across locations and business lines

• Partner directly with ownership on workforce planning and key decisions

• Build systems that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability

Ideal Candidate

• Senior HR leadership experience (CHRO, VP HR, or equivalent)

• Experience managing HR across multiple locations or entities

• Strong executive presence and communication skills

• Strategic thinker with practical execution ability

• Comfortable navigating complex environments
