    We are currently in search of crew leads and members to join our growing team. Offering full and part-time opportunities, 3-day weekends, holidays off, no seasonal layoffs, multiple benefits, and extensive in-office training along with on-site training and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • Attention to detail
    • Prior Industry experience
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Industry knowledge relative to installation methods of pavers, plantings, walls, etc.
    • Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Drivers License and acceptable driving record
    • Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
    • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
    • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • Ability to operate heavy machinery
    • Foreman:
    • 2+ years of proven landscape & machinery operation experience
    • Prior leadership experience
    • Ability to read landscape plans

    Responsibilities include:

    • Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Fence, Drainage, Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, etc.
    • Understanding & picking up tasks.
    • Receiving direction & identifying needs on a jobsite.
    • Performing all responsibilities to company standards.
    • Interact with supervisors, project foreman, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects.
    • Foreman:
    • Lead, supervise, manage, & participate in landscape projects from start to finish.
    • Manage a team of 1-3 members, jobsite progress, and material.
    • Ensure reasonable production schedules.
