The Risk and Compliance Administrator works directly with the Director of Risk and Compliance with tasks such as; regulatory review of policies and procedures, gathering and analyzing risk data, coordination of multiple projects, and using their organization skills to enhance the risk and compliance department. Additionally, serves as backup for the Property and Security Administrator and liaison with our insurance providers. Must be a highly skilled and motivated person who is looking for a great opportunity with a growing company. We are looking for a driven self-starter, team player, and a person with the experience to jump right in. Responsibilities/Regular Work Activities (includes but not limited to):
Liaison with insurance providers
Reviews insurance policies, internal policies, and supplier contracts
Working closely with internal partners: Finance Team, Security and Property Administrator, Construction Project Managers, Operations, Human Resources, and Legal
Assist with insurance policy renewals including maintaining underwriting data
Provide support for workers' compensation, general liability, and property claims
Reviews incident data and liaisons with internal partners to implement loss control programs
Evaluate escalated member issues and provide feed forward on appropriate resolution
Maintain working knowledge of regulatory issues in areas that affect business operations including OSHA, ADA, and Public Health

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Educated in environmental health and safety, risk management, or related field
Ability to work independently, prioritize, take initiative to investigate and resolve problems using sound judgment
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers
Goal setting, organizational, and accountability skills
Candidates with previous knowledge and/or experience in compliance, safety, and/or risk management will be given preferential consideration
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 360, Excel, Word, and Google Docs
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
