Our Lead Supervisors are the right hand leaders of Chuze Fitness! They work alongside the management team by overseeing our Team Members and Shift Supervisors. They inspire, motivate, develop our current team, assist with 90 day/annual reviews, present in team meetings, and complete various administrative tasks. They also lead their team by example in daily operations duties such as greeting members, creating a fun work environment, conflict resolution, answering phones, lots of cleaning, and providing the highest level of hospitality to our members.
For maximum success, you should:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Have prior customer service experience (required)
Have at least 1 year leadership experience and enjoy leading a team of unique and diverse individuals
Love health and fitness!
Not be afraid to get your hands dirty
Be a multi-tasker, a self starter, problem solver, and a social enthusiast
Always come to work with a smile and your best foot forward

Essential Physical Requirements:
Standing for prolonged periods of time
Repetitive cleaning
The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone
Light lifting (up to 30-50 lbs.)
Available to work full time with weekend availability
