We are seeking a new addition to our amazing internal team who can fill the role of Creative Marketing Manager to lead the Chuze Creative Lab and build their own team! The Position:The Creative Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for shaping the creative brand vision. TheCreative Marketing Manager will be responsible for the brand identity as it appears on all internal andexternal channels. Own photography, videography, graphic design, and editing. Manage branding anddigital agencies on the path to define the current and future Chuze vision as we seek to intertwine withculture and positively impact all communities we serve. To be strategic, creative, and hard working –capable of organizing and running a photo or video shoot but also comfortable enough to do it on ones own.Primary Objectives:

Lead planning sessions with agencies to ensure creative consistency

Collaborate with Brand and Digital Marketing Managers to crystallize shared vision

Formulate ideal personnel structure for the Chuze Creative Lab, to include hiring and recruiting

Manage a future graphic designer through coaching to exceed career and personal goals

Core Duties/Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

Lead the strategic creative vision of the brand to ensure cultural relevance in all marketing:

Support the marketing calendar with a creative strategy that disrupts and delights

Lead planning sessions with agencies to ensure creative consistency

Collaborate with Brand and Digital Marketing Managers to crystallize shared vision

Formulate ideal personnel structure for the Chuze Creative Lab, to include hiring andrecruiting

Hire a graphic designer and coach that person to exceed career and personal goals

Lead all aspects of graphic design for company material (social, web, in-club, newsletters, retail):

Ensure cohesive execution on myriad channels unifying and strengthening branding aesthetics

Manage all creative workflows, from briefing to campaign recap, to ensure timely executions

Responsible for keeping the brand culturally relevant by taking inspiration from social trends

Manage freelancers, agencies, local artists/muralists, and your team with your creative vision

Lead photography, videography and editing for brand campaigns:

Manage in-club, social and local community content creation (photography and video) as needed

Editing capabilities to fully produce videos, interviews, and dynamic creative

Build compelling storytelling campaigns on platforms native to target audience (TikTok, IG, FB and others)

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, advertising/marketing or new media

4+ years of marketing / agency / or creative related experience

Superior photography, videography and editing skills

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat) required

Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro for example) required

Unquenchable curiosity and passion for community building

Ability to manage and grow a direct report and build a team

Proficiency in project management tools (Slack, Asana, etc.) preferred

Understanding the nuance between various mediums (OOH vs. Digital for example) required

A sense of humor and ability to work in fast-paced environment

Ability to travel as required (less than 20% of time)

A team player who can be accountable, flexible and drive for results attitude (portfolio a plus)

Able to read, write and speak clearly

Bending, kneeling and repetitive arm movement

Standing for long periods of time

Repetitive phone work

Typing and computer operations

Ability to lift at least 30lbs
