We are seeking you to be a new addition to our amazing internal team who can fill the role of Social Media Coordinator to help grow our digital & social media strategies across all channels. The Position: The Social Media Coordinator is an exciting brand storyteller role. Primary responsibility will be engaging current and new members through organic & paid social strategies, social analytics and compelling creative. Using the accelerated knowledge of usage behavior across social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and whatever is the next big thing to always move our team forward. Primary Objectives:
Assist in the digital marketing push to create consistency and standardization across our business to develop a strong brand that resonates within the communities that we operate
Assist with managing content and social media marketing programs
Assist in social media marketing, email marketing, new club launch support, fitness events and initiatives, and hyperlocal activations
Manage relationships with internal and external partners
Build meaningful relationships with fitness departments to support all online and offline activations
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the social media content calendar and schedule/publish content on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube
Support the marketing department's initiatives with the executing of marketing programs through social media channels and in-club TV displays
Engage followers in a dialogue via social media platforms to transform visitors into advocates for Chuze
Assist with content creation including but not limited to copy, static images, Instagram and Facebook highlights and stories, infographics and video
Actively work across channels and platforms to increase engagement
Coordinate fitness events in partnership with the Fitness team, including spearheading the creation of digital and non-digital promotional materials
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
Assist in email marketing, new club launch support, fitness programming, social strategy and hyperlocal activations
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Assist with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and to ensure competitiveness
Assist in identifying trends in local markets and participate in grassroots marketing initiatives
Participate in club events and options to be a part of fitness classes
Visit the clubs on a regular basis to capture content and help tell the brand story
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, advertising/marketing, journalism or new media
3+ years of marketing / agency / or business development experience
Superior written and verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
Must have working knowledge of key social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
Loves to mine for data and use key insights to provide recommendations for social media strategy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Prior experience using Hootsuite a plus
SEO, SEM & PPC knowledge a plus
