The Member Services department is the glue that holds our company together and is directly connected to the reputation and growth of Chuze Fitness. The team delivers high-quality hospitality service and constantly work to provide solutions when faced with member complaints. They are the first line of communication for anyone that reaches out via our website, review platforms, or social media sites. Member services also assist members in managing their account, processing refunds, and answer all incoming inquiries that sometimes require conflict resolution skills. Being on the member services team isn't just about giving members a solution to their problems. It's also about how we can create experiences for our members that are unique and personable.

The current Member Services team works hard and has been with Chuze Fitness for a long tenure. As a result, they communicate openly, work together to reach goals, offer each other support, celebrate successes, and love to get together outside of the office to socialize and have fun!

For maximum success, you should:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Have prior hospitality experience (preferred)

Be a multi-tasker, a self starter, and a social enthusiast

Always come to work with a smile and your best foot forward

Essential Requirements:

People skills are a must! Spread Kindness!

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Have strong knowledge of DataTrak & Chuze Hospitality

Ability to work from a computer either in office or remotely for the entirety of the 8 hour shift

Available to work Sunday-Thursday (40 hours per week)
