Our Team Leaders are the face of Chuze Fitness! They are on the front line supporting their management team and help oversee our Team Members. Supervisors lead by example in greeting members, giving well-deserved air fives, always smiling and laughing, answering phones, miscellaneous administrative tasks, cleaning, cleaning again, cleaning some more, and providing the best hospitality service experience possible for our members.

For maximum success, you should:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Have prior customer service experience (required)

Have at least 1 year leadership experience

Be health and fitness minded

Know how to use a computer

Be a multi-tasker, a self starter, problem solver, and a social enthusiast

Essential Requirements:

Standing for prolonged periods of time

Repetitive cleaning

The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone

Light lifting (up to 30-50 lbs.)

Available to work 32-40 hours per week (some weekend availability required)
