We are proud to welcome you to the role of Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator where you will be focusing on supporting and strategizing the growth and health of the Chuze Marketing Department. This would be a hybrid role with some in-person commitments, as well as remote. The ideal candidate will be located in the Denver or Southern California area. The Position:The Email Marketing and CRM Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to make an impact through email campaigns and CRM management. The primary responsibilities will be driving sales and executing communication through creative email campaigns within HubSpot and utilizing available data to continually optimize our efforts. This position supports the broader storytelling of the brand and helps to communicate Chuze culture with members and prospects. Primary Objectives:

    Assist in the digital marketing push to create consistency and standardization across our business to develop a strong brand that resonates within the communities that we operate.

    Assist with email marketing and the HubSpot CRM for new club launch support, sales and campaigns, fitness events and initiatives, and hyperlocal activations.

    Liaison for Chuze with internal and external partners

    Manage and utilize the HubSpot CRM to create a nuanced strategy for email communications and continually manage lists and auto-drip campaigns

    Core Duties/Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

    Draft and coordinate creative content for emails for sales, ongoing pricing, club updates, new club openings, and other company initiatives with a nuanced approach

    Implement current best practices to ensure success of our email marketing campaigns

    Manage our automatic email drip campaigns and implement new ones with strategic segmentation

    Use A/B testing and segmentation to further develop email strategy

    Assist in all aspects of front desk operations: interactions, sign ups, retail presentation, tanning/hydro,POS transactions, phone inquiries, filing, organizing

    Work with Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator to ensure email strategy is in lockstep withother channels

    Assist with the Chuze HubSpot roadmap, research best practices, trends and new technology and options withinHubSpot and its ecosystem to increase the effectiveness of the system

    Work closely with the Creative team to ensure emails are fresh, creative and reflect Chuze culture

    Identify, define, and implement new ways to enhance data quality, increase scalability, and otherwise improveperformance

    Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitordata quality and integrity and execute data migration/cleansing projects

    Work with external agencies and internal departments on projects

    Other duties as needed

    Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, advertising/marketing, communications, journalism, or new media

    3+ years of marketing/agency or business development experience

    2+ years of HubSpot experience

    Superior written and verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills

    Loves to mine for data and use key insights to provide recommendations for email marketing strategy

    Knowledge and passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    A team player who can be accountable, flexible and drive for results

    Empathy and positivity come naturally

    Essential Physical Requirements:

    Able to read, write and speak clearly

    Bending, kneeling and repetitive arm movement

    Typing and computer operations

    Ability to lift at least 30lbs
