Our Shift Supervisors are the face of Chuze Fitness! They lead by example in daily operations by creating a fun and professional work environment, greeting members, giving well deserved high fives, answering phones, lots of cleaning, and providing the highest level of hospitality to our members. Shift Supervisors are responsible for overseeing our Team Members by ensuring the shift is running smoothly, opening and closing procedures are followed, employees take their appropriate breaks and daily tasks are being completed.

For maximum success, you should:

Be KIND, social, compassionate, accepting of others, and open minded

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Not be afraid to get your hands dirty

Always come to work with a smile and your best foot forward

Essential Physical Requirements:

Standing for prolonged periods of time

Repetitive cleaning

The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone

Light lifting (up to 30-50 lbs.)

Available to work full time with weekend availability.
