We are looking for experienced and mature Childcare Associates to join our Kids Club team. We're looking for someone who is available 12-20 hours per week (shifts are typically 4-5 hours) and has experience working with children ages 6 months to 12 years old.

Operating Hours:

Monday-Sunday 8:00am-12:00pm

Monday- Friday 4:30pm-8:00pm

Our Kids Club provides a safe, clean, and fun environment for our littlest members to enjoy their time, so grown ups can enjoy theirs.

A Kids Club shift always includes:

Safety of the kids

Interactions with grown ups and Children (6months-12yrs)

Smiling

Laughing

Planning activities and games

Winning a dance-off or two

Cleaning

Providing the best customer service experience possible for all members and kids!

For maximum success, you should:

Have at least 5 years experience working with children

Room Management Skills for multiple age groups at once

Be a multi-tasker and social enthusiast

18+ years of age (required)

Get up and down off of the floor frequently and move quickly when needed (required)

Occasionally lift and/or move 30-50lbs (required)

Written and oral communication skills (required)

A new Kids Club employee must complete Club Orientation training prior to beginning Kids Club Training. Kids Club training must be completed prior to working alone in Kids Club.
