The Area Kids Club Managers of Chuze Fitness are the tip of the Kids Club Department spear and have oversight in all aspects of Kids Club operations. They are the key link between the Director of Kids Club and the Kids Club Managers. They oversee the Kids clubs in their area by mentoring, coaching, and training the Kids Club Managers as well as building communication, accountability, and infrastructure to support all Kids Club employees.
The Area Kids Club manager position is Full-Time and consists of support shifts within the Kids clubs as well as administrative oversight. The scope of work encompasses top performance in Chuze Hospitality, Chuze Cleaning, Recruiting, Training, Leading, Scheduling, Reporting, Inspections, Accountability, and passion for people and their well-being.
Core Duties/Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Recruit, retain, and train productive Chuze Kids Club Managers and build a pipeline of leadership
Lead, assist and perfect Kids Club operational efficiencies across multiple locations
Manage/lead Kids Club managers to acceptable professionalism and job performance during day-to-day operations
Maintain accountability with your Kids Club Managers within your area
Support Kids Club Managers with recruiting, training and the accountability of their Kids club employees
Conduct monthly club evaluations and have them completed before the end of each month
Conduct Workshops with assistance from the leaders from other departments.

Essential Physical Requirements:
18+ years of age
Engage in physical activity on a frequent basis
Get up and down off of the floor frequently and move quickly when needed
Occasionally lift and/or move 30-50lbs

A new Kids Club employee must complete Club Orientation training prior to beginning Kids Club Training. Kids Club training must be completed prior to working alone in Kids Club. Split shifts may be required.
