CNC Service Technician will provide prompt, courteous service, hands-on support, installation, and training at customer sites across North America. Primarily within the USA, but travel to Canada and Mexico are periodically assigned. Along with contribute to the prompt and courteous delivery of Customer Support Services by the way of service, installation, and training. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Install both CNC and non-CNC equipment/systems at various customer locations in a manner which will ensure customer satisfaction
• Provides effective technical assistance and repair/warranty of in-field equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance as needed
• Ability to execute customer training during the install process
• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as it applies to CNC machines and peripheral equipment, in compliance with all plant policies and procedures
• Read diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications for installations and repairs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, precision-measuring devices, and electronic/electrical test instruments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel required 
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a variety of work environments
• Must be able to obtain a US Passport, and travel outside of the United States; (less than 10% travel outside US)
• Sheet Metal Fabrication experience a plus

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge in electricity, AC, and DC circuits.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must be able to lift 50Lbs.
• Obtain basic mechanical skills.
• Experience with transformers, and 3/phase industrial power (preferred)
• PLC, or CNC experience (preferred)
• Electrical schematics and electrical circuit background (preferred)
