Our Team is looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and assist with the management of staff.
Responsibilities Include
Keep moral up
Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team
Enforcing Employee Handbook, handling and managing employee conflicts
Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
cooler/storage organization
Aid in interview process and building a strong team
Aid in Scheduling
Aid in menu development and features
Oversee and maintain consistent portions, plating, quality
Maintain FIFO, rotation
Oversee Prep List and 86’d items
Communication with FOH management to ensure a successful service
Serve Safe Certified
Assist in purchasing food products and supplies as needed.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in proper working order and ensure that proper cleaning procedures are followed at all times.

Skills & Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to follow through on multiple tasks efficiently and promptly.
