    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The RECRUITER-GOVERNMENT AND FEDERAL SECTOR is fully responsible for leading all aspects of the recruiting function for multiple business units. This position will be focused on delivering top-level talent for technical architects, engineers, and IT project managers, for our Federal internal and strategic staffing teams.  She/He will take a leadership role in developing candidates that will fit in with a culture that promotes the Cielo values and retention of its team players.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    • Identify, track, and manage potential Cielo employees within Federal Government and Strategic Staffing markets nationally in both classified and unclassified environments

    • Recruitment of professionals in Software Development and Engineering, Pre Sales Engineering, Account Management (Sales) and Business Development with extensive Cisco, Dell EMC, NetApp, VMware, Citrix, HP experience

    • Build and create talent pipelines aligned with Cielo’s core capabilities: networking, communication, virtualization, storage, big data, collaboration and security

    • Create/develop job descriptions, post, source, prescreen, organize, and track all applications and talent pools

    • Work with Business Development and Internal Request teams on proposal efforts and staffing requirements

    • Work with internal stakeholders to identify pipelines, upcoming demands and recommend improvements as needed to drive processes

    • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational objectives and strategy

    • Champion the Cielo values and culture

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

    • 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting in a technical environment throughout the Government Sector

    • Experience sourcing, negotiating salaries and offers for IT Support, Cloud, Security, Developers and Software Engineers in classified and unclassified environments

    • Experience and knowledge of Federal Consulting Services /Professional Services is desired 

    • Knowledge of Government Security Clearances preferred

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Professional demeanor and service-oriented attitude

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, HRIS, and ATS

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Experience recruiting high-level IT resources (Cyber Security, Application/Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data Analytics) highly preferred

    • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience with multi-national employment (through a third party or direct) and immigration visas is a plus
