Seeking part-time (15-20hrs/week) administrative assistant who will also help support human resources functions for Clinical Information Management Systems, a growing healthcare data management and technology company based in Harrisburg, PA. This position reports directly to and works closely with the Chief Operations Officer.
REQUIREMENTS: A successful candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, a great work ethic. This position will involve coordination and communication with several manager-level employees at the company, so adaptability and ability to transition between working independently and as a team member is important. Familiarity with the healthcare field is a plus!
COMPENSATION: $12-15/hr
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of on-boarding forms (including uploading onto One-Drive)
Enrolling eligible employees into the medical insurance plan through our broker
Distributing and answering insurance questions
Sending necessary tax and insurance info to the accountant
Collecting of mail/checks
Administering corporate software access privileges
Administering off-boarding processes (cobra, notification to medical insurance, access privileges, etc.)
General maintenance of employee files
Updating and scanning of files
Preparation of new hire drug screens, ppds/flus, and attestations
Involvement in employee corrective action processes
Registering new hires for clearances
Assigning training modules for new hires
Performing other ongoing functions and one-time tasks at direction of the COO
