We are a small Awards and Trophy wholesale and retail company looking for a reliable, self-motivated, organized, multi-tasker, honest customer service with a strong work ethics and punctual and reliable work attendance record (we are a small office, so this is essential). Primary Responsibilities *Order Processing - from order entry to shipping *Resolve customer complaints via phone and/or email *Answer any questions customers may have in regards to products and services via phone/email/text *Good communication skills in writing and speaking required *Any Duties asked ie Facebook Update, Email announcement writing Part Time from 9:30AM-2:30PM Effective time management and self-accountability Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Detail oriented, proactive, able to multi task
